The Happy Trails ATV Club was held at 7 PM on July 8. The Pledge of Allegiance was followed by the reading of the June minutes and the Treasurer’s report showing a balance of $3,308.97 in our accounts.

BADLANDS RUN: Our most important event of the year is almost here!!
Help is needed on these dates:
July 22, Wednesday: Help is needed to load our trailer in preparation for the work days. Please meet at the storage shed in Thornton at 5:30 PM.
July 25 and August 1, Saturdays: Work days to mark and prepare the trails. Meet at 9 AM in Gresham by the Woodland. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers both days at the Bad Habit. These are the only 2 days scheduled to prepare the trails. We need everyone’s help!!!!
August 13, Thursday: Help is needed to set up the tent and prepare the track in Gresham. We also need to set up bleachers, haul picnic tables and garbage cans. Meet at 6 PM
August 15 and 16, Saturday and Sunday: Please contact Wendy and let her know what jobs you are able to do for the Gresham Badlands Run. Needed are Trail Patrollers, parking cars,registration, clearing and signing trails Sat. July 25th and Sat. Other upcoming important dates: ATC Power line trail: August 25 is our initial meeting with the landowners. This will be held at the Waukechon Town Hall at 7PM. There will be a panel discussion by local, state, WATVA and Club officials. We will need club members to bring cookies and bars for the meeting. All members are welcome to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend please drop off your coolies or bars at Wendy’s 607 W Green Bay St. Shawano. Please wear your club apparel to show support! August 28 and 29: Fall Club ride is at Spur of the Moment Ranch 14221 Helen Lane, Mountain, WI 54149. Call 1-800-644-8783 to make your reservations. There will be a pot Luck cook out Sat. after a day of riding. http://www.spurofthemomentranch.org/ Our next meeting is Wednesday, August 12 at 7PM at the Shawano VFW.
